You know, it's kind of funny to see the Bills on top of the east. But it doesn't matter. I expect we beat Buffalo at least once if not both times this year and still sweep the Dolphins. The Pats will split with us but we will win the league in W/L. You can't win them all. The refs screwed us today like we were playing the actual Pats. Maybe they'll make Oakland their favored team in calls this year and leave the East alone until we have to finish them off in the playoffs.
todays game mite go down as a deal breaker at the end of the year. It would have been a great opportunity to gain ground on the pats. This loss stings.
Your thread title says it all. No doubt they rape them. Schotty cant call plays down field he calls sideline to sideline. We have the WR crew to do so. Pats probably will win next week and it will put the Jets in a deeper hole when the go against the Ravens sunday night. The Jets needed this one to keep pace.
Good thread title. Bills do what Rex begged other teams to do, then lays an egg himself and we fail to take advantage of it. Bills did a great job today in a very tough and BIG win. Jets sucked in a game we should have had.
If this were week 7 I'd be on the same page but I really don't think this hurts us considering we've still got division play and a chance at sweeping certain teams. (Trying to be nice)
Not so funny...cause now instead of just worrying about the division you have to worry about the playoffs with another legit playoff team in the division. And I don't see the Dolphins winning a division game except the one they'll probably steal from us, which would put us further in the hole.
How does a 7th round journeyman like Ryan Fitzpatrick torch the Raiders, yet our QB eats grass for most of the game. Is it Sanchez, is it Schotty, is it our oline....or is it all 3? And what the fuck happened to our run defense?
Our player talent exceeds any AFC East team in total. Our coaching may be able to launch a few hot air balloons.
Good news and bad news here. The Pats may not ever loose two weeks in a row, but sometimes they do lose two in a row. So there's still hope! Chin up!!
If they steal any it'll be from Buffalo as they consider them a worse rival than us. Mark my words, we will sweep Miami. MB, McFadden happened to our run defense. It's okay. The league hasn't seen a rusher like him since the Bears had #34 IMO. Or maybe E. Smith. Cromartie was unfairly singled out in the secondary. Our O-Line needs work. Today was execution and it's repairable.
You are right. Had nothing to do with the defense giving up over 30 and McFadden running for over 200 yards.
The difference between us and the Pats is that they rarely slip up in games, we always seem to fuck up a few games a year. What happened to our D? 2 out of 3 games has been terrible.
The only way to get on top of the Pats in the division is to beat the Pats. Both of us lost games that we shouldn't have this week, it happens. What we need to do is beat the Patriots when we play them. They are our competition, we weren't going to win the division by hoping they get unlucky so we can pick up some garbage wins.
