Whats going to hurt is my patience when the troll Jags fans (not you, I like you) come in here making excuses that they'd have beat us with Lewis in.
Yea I hate people making excuses, every team has injuries its part of the game. The good teams IMO win even when they have injuries, set the Packers with 15 guys on IR last year.
I have a stream if you need it, So far I've used them the past 4-5 weeks and while not perfect in terms of picture quality, it's the best stream I've seen to date that for the most part holds up well. Not gonna be the end of the world that Marcedes is out. We'll just have to see how things go. I think it's gonna be closer than you believe just because of what I saw last week it wasn't the Jets that came from behind it was the Cowboys fuckin up and Jets capitalized on the mistakes.
Dez Bryant, Miles Austin, Jason Witten, Felix Jones, Tony Romo >MJD. While MJD is the best running back by far, you can't deny that Dallas has a ton of offensive talent.
With out a doubt Dallas has a better offense. If we win it won't be because our offense did anything more then control the line of scrimage. The Jags passing game is in no way shape or form any competition for your secondary. We have 1 of 2 things that MIGHT work, the ground game and the screens. We might set a record for the most rush attempts in a game this week. seriously....
Only way you win this game is if we don't show up or Sanchez gives your secondary the ball more than he does our receivers. The only way that will happen is if we overlooked you on the schedule in which case your subsequent happiness is deserved. I'm guessing Jets 20 Jags 10. You may shoot the crow early just in case though.
If the Jags are even in this game in the 2nd half, something is seriously wrong... But with Schotty, you know the offense probably hasnt practiced in 6 days, and will take a half to remember how to play football. Regardless, when all is said and done: Jets 20 Jaguars 6
Isn't their 2nd string TE injured also? The Jets just need to worry about shutting down the monster that is Jason Hill. I don't think this game is going to be anyway a close game and I think Luke is going to take a serious beating. 31-6
I just wanted to say my previous post was in hopes not to jinx this game for us but since the rest of the non-dark siders tell it how it is: Jets 24 Jags 0 Our first of 3 given shut outs of the season.
i think people here are really underestimating the jags... they are a physical team, they can run and protect the ball, which while may not lead to points it does lead to keeping the game close. they also were very solid on special teams last year, although i admit im not sure if/what changes they made their in the offseason. on the other side, maybe they dont have strong corners, but neither did dallas and it took shotty until the 2 minutes warning to test dallas on the outside. i also dont think its a given shaun greene goes off, considering they just held chris johnson to like 25 yards last week. i think can and should win, but i think it will be close, somehting liek 17-13 or 20-16
