The bigger worry with Best is a history of injuries including severe Head and neck injuries. His college career was ended by a nasty concussion which was his second of the year, he suffered another this pre-season.
Anyone who has Beanie Wells on their roster should consider starting him this week. The Panthers cannot stop the run to save their lives.
Should I start Malcolm Floyd (San Diego) or Big Mike Williams (Seattle) at WR this week? Thanks in advance.
Ouch! I had Floyd penciled in as the starter but I am glad to have a someone else with the same mindset. I am pretty thin at receiver so hopefully Williams will do OK later on.
Jay Cutler v. ATL or Orton v. OAK and Bradford v. PHI or Orton v. OAK seems obvious to me to use Orton but the first week of the season always seems to be a crap shoot
Sam Bradford still has garbage players to throw to and they're being guarded by Aso, DRC, and Samuels. No thanks.
Santana Moss or Michael Turner Normally turners a no brainer but he sucks against the Bears, Moss is playing a beat up Giants secondary.
I'd take Matt Schaub. With Foster out, I think Houston might throw a little bit more. Owen Daniels is healthy too. I do think Matt Stafford will have a big year if he stays healthy though.
Are we discussing turf toe or his head/neck injuries? Lets not change the fucking story... You were clearly making a big deal out of turf toe so I said turf toe is NOWHERE near as big a deal as you're making it out to be. Then you post players as proof who 'retired from turf toe' after a dozen+ years in the NFL. For turf toe to heal you need to rest it, aka, not play for a while. Well he had the entire offseason and lockout to let the joints in his feet/toes heal and recover at the ripe age of 22. His feet aren't the problem here, yet you say that his career is in question. But no I obviously throw the facts in the garbage and make my claims based completely on bullshit. Do me a favor, go in my post history and find me a couple things I was dead wrong about or exaggerated to the point of idiocy. I'll wait
I would go with Felix, no hesitation, in both cases. Yes, he's up against the Jets, but he's a starting RB, as opposed to a backup RB and a #2 WR. He's also the best player of the 3. I'm a Stafford fan, but I'd roll with Schaub.
Jason Campbell or McNabb? Or pick up Hasselbeck? I had an early draft in a 16 team league and drafted Peyton, so my season's over before it begins.
