Anyway, I thought this was a hilarious, not so much Jets related other than him possibly taking a swing at Revis, after all, he had 0, that is zero interceptions last year. If he really thinks that's the best way to judge a CB, then I have no idea how that man is a coach in the NFL.
The Other Thing Is... That Revis has great stats...number of passes defensed, and the number of passes (few) and yards he gave up are much lower than every other CB. Picks aren't the only CB stats. I've always thought Sparano was an asswipe. This just removes any doubt.
The part that made me think it's a shot at Revis because he says "when I'm looking at the pro-bowl ballot". Who comes to mind when you think of pro-bowl corners...? Hopefully after this year dolphags will give up on trying to put this Sean Smith guy on same level as Revis.
revis had no interceptions last year because no one had the balls throw to him. sparano should shut his fat fist pumping mouth.

Also, when Schottys contract doesn't get renewed, and Bill Callahan gets promoted to OC, Sparano is a very talented OL coach. I'd love to bring him in to continue the OL dominance the Jets have had.
The funniest thing is that these passive aggressive digs are coming from a guy whose team couldnt even dream to hang in with the Jets or Pats. Not to mention a guy who probably has a serious confidence issue being the only openly gay team in the league. He's an OL coach, I wouldn't expect him to know how to judge talent levels of CBs. Hell, I wouldn't trust what he says regarding anything but OL and DL...
I remember our last game in Miama he was acting like Rex on the sideline when his team scored. I don't know if it was a jab or he was just being a dick. Either way, why the fuk would he care how Rex acts and mock him. Now this? The dude is clearly not HC material,,,
