It should be nice having 3 potential HOFers for our Wrs. I expect Sanchez to take a significant step forward w/these guys catching passes.
Yeah. That was one of my favorite games as well. And you're absolutely correct -- he runs great sideline routes. I wish him -- and the Jets (except on Oct 2, of course) -- all the best!
whoa.reaching a little bit there ain't ya bro? burress won't see the h.o.f. when i hear derrick mason i do not think h.o.f, holmes has time and the ring and catch help but he still has a lot of work to do
Derrick Mason has a decent chance of being in the Hall of Fame, he put up Charley Taylor type numbers, and he got in. 50/50 chance. Plaxico on the other hand has no chance to go in the HOF.
hey Ravens fans, way to keep it real, well other than that one knucklehead.............We appreciate that, it was a rough day for most of us on the board....Thanks
That's why I said 50/50 chance. Because he's a great receiver and put up numbers comparable to Charley Taylor and John Stallworth who are both HOF'ers. But he doesn't really stick out in peoples heads at the same time.
What part of the word "potential" don't you understand? A SB ring has a nice way of greasing the tracks to Canton. All 3 of our wrs have a chance at enshrinement depending on how they finish. They are about to catch passes from a young gun entering his prime guarded by one of the best OLs in the NFL. Strap on your seatbelts campers, I think we are in for some offensive fireworks. And frankly that is exactly the area where we needed to improve.
I agree, both are a huge risk, I think they are an upgrade if heathly. slight upgrade but they have good hands and are reliable. I just think one of them will get hurt and the 4th receiver will be big for us.
Looks like some retard on PatsFans.com took this post seriously without realizing that you were just mocking delusional Pats fans.. http://www.patsfans.com/new-england-patriots/messageboard/10/786384-derrick-mason-jets.html
They keep comparing Sanchez to Dilfer as if Sanchez is in his 10th year and has no room for improvement. Apparently, they are not all blind homers.
Different era. If Tim Brown is having a tough time getting into the HOF, Derrick Mason doesn't stand a chance.
Pats fans still seem butthurt over losing to us in the postseason. Their only solace is bashing a 3rd year QB. Pity.
