anyway - so we're gonna air it out this year with two out of our top three receivers never having worked with our QB before?! Sounds like a plan
Yeah, tits bouncin' in the other browser window you have open...13000 posts??? How the fuck do you have time for that?
You make it seem like that's a ton. If you use common math, that comes out to about 6 posts a day for the 8 years he has been a member. You think that's a lot?
*bang girl* *get laptop* *check Jets news on TGG* "what are you looking at?" "Just football." "But what are you typing, and who are you typing to?" "Nothing" That's how you have time for this.
The plan is that he throws to the receivers in the Jets uniforms. Plax will be wearing #17, same as Braylon wore last year, so that should make it easier.
The more I thought about it the more I'd like to see Mason in green and white. But if he hasn't signed with us by now, there's definitely reason for concern. If Plax hasn't skipped a beat then we'll have a very solid #1 and #2. If he proves to be pretty injury prone at his age and after being out of football for so long, then we're not looking so good at the receiver position.
Apparently he wants to go back to Baltimore, basically if they sign Floyd he won't, if they don't he probably will.
That's my thinking too. Plax goes down, Cotch steps in. There would be a drop off from a red zone and vertical standpoint, but Sanchez would still have a reliable target. Mason has to come here because of that. They are the same player, but Mason is 37.
Where did you hear this, I thought he was furious about being cut? Is it true that Harbaugh has been pretty much begging him to come back? So far this Rex Ryan factor hasn't really factored in yet.
RavensInsider Aaron Wilson I'm told that Derrick Mason has returned to Nashville to mull over his options, weighing NYJ, BAL and TEN. He's going to take a few days.
This would be pretty shitty if he doesn't sign.. We really can't go into the season with Plax as the 2 and Kerley as the 3, when we can't really count on either one of them to be fully ready to go week 1. Wide Receiver would suddenly become a bit of a problem for the offense. Then again, anything is possible with Tanny..
haha... Asomugha said "fuck yo offer" Cotchery asking to be traded. Todd Heap signing with the Cardinals while Rex drives him to the airport. Sean Ellis practicing with the Patriots. Damien Woody retiring. And now an elderly Derrick Mason still not sure if he should sign... This "players want to play for Rex" thing is losing it's luster.
I haven't been on here long but I agree with Electric. Yeah, it sucks to lose a guy that we've all, as fans, grown to love over the last seven years but is Cotchery that great? Is he that irreplaceable? Absolutely not. I can't wait to see what Burress does this year and to see how they use Keller this year. I hope Cotch winds up having a great year with somebody in the NFC and I will miss watching him play but that won't last long. Gotta say though--I really wish they had resigned Edwards. He climbed my list of favorites quickly.
