What will we see from Shonn Greene this season?

    OK...what numbers will we see Shonn Greene put up this season? What does your crystal ball have to say?

    I predict... at least 750 yards rushing, at least 8 rushing TDs, and 3 or fewer turnovers.

    This place is insane these days!

    He will have to run the rock over 200 times. Im sure he is ready for the responsibility. He sat (behind or next two) two amazing backs.

    Im looking for over 1k and like 10 TD's.

    SG will be a beast.

    However, Schotty will play Tomlinson in situations where SG should clearly be on the field.

    Honestly? I expect Shonn Greene's time as a starting running running back for the Jets to be brief, maybe the duration of 2011, but not substantially more.

    I know that sounds SOJF-y, and I really do like Shonn Greene, but the man has a self-destructive running style. He dishes out a lot hurt, but he takes a lot as well. I'm very happy we have some young backs to offer him some relief, but I still see flashes of other "bruiser" backs like Marion Barber and Brandon Jacobs. I think Greene's career mimics Barber's.

    I like him to break 1,000 this year though.

    1100 yards and 8 rushing tds, one receiving td as well. He'll get a lot more touches this season.
