Why would they want him? They should probably look toward next year. Getting NA could hurt their chances at Luck.

I disagree. The 9ers have a new coach (who I think will be great,) a good defense (which could be great if they add Asomugha,) and have the advantage of playing in the hopeless NFC West. They're a real QB away from being a legit team. The Raiders are losing their two best players (Aso and Miller) and no matter what they do, they will be run by Al Davis until he's 180 years old. San Francisco and Oakland are geographically close, but there's a world of difference between playing for the 49ers and playing for Al Davis' glue factory.
I'm not at all worried about Nnamdi going to the niners. if he goes there then he doesn't care about winning. No QB, brand new coaching staff. There's no appeal. At least go to a legit team.

While I think this will happen, some FA's are looking at the fact that this is the ONE LAST TIME time in their lives they can command millions....to be tucked away....and in this case, a guy hitting "30" ... he may read 'green' .... but until he signs with the Jets, he ain't 'green' that said, gotta go with the thinking that as Aso's suddenly associated with a serious SB ring contender (as well as playing with Revis), will factor into his decision...hopefully.
