    It would never work. You need your FB to have some type of run blocking ability or the RB won't make it past the LOS. Good Madden idea though.

    Not in a Singleback formation of course. I believe the OP is referring to misdirection.

    Let me add those together:

    The OP was refering to using misdirection as a Madden strategy.

    Misdirection plays in the NFL vary in risk and reward, but in Madden they are all high risk, high reward. Every play action, counter, screens, etc. Missed blocks are highly likely on plays with linemen going different directions because the AI is still pretty stupid. All it takes is one missed block and your QB or RB is going to get blasted for a loss with a chance to fumble.
