I saw him interviewed yesterday and he is actually well spoken and polite. Not sure I want to sacrifice one of our current top 3 due to his age and history, but if we are unable to sign Holmes or Edwards I would give him a shot. He should come cheap.
I'd get rid of Brad Smith for Plaxico Burress. Burress might be old, but he'll be a force in the redzone. Imagine Edward and Burress on the outside and Holmes in the slot during redzone opportunities. A lot of us seem to forget that we drafted Scotty McKnight and Justin Kerley. Smith's role as a receiver is basically non-existent. Joe McKnight, Justin Kerley, and Kyle Wilson all have the ability to return kicks. Kerley also have experience in the Wildcat. Smith's going to want more than he's worth.
