#3, #4, #7 and #10 have yet to reach a majority of 8 so those 3 are up in the air still but all the others have been finalized. I will post a recap of everything once the deadline has been reached.
Owner vote results The deadline has past and 13/15 people have voted so without further ado here's the results and an explanation about it. #1. Moving the keeper deadline to a date closer to the draft date has passed. This means you won't have to cut down your roster to the 4-7 players until either the day before or on draft day to allow for more trading and such. I know some people will end up missing the draft so I would at least like to have a keeper list sent to me if you can't make the draft(week of) so there won't be a delay with the draft since I won't know wants to keep who. #2. -6 points for pick 6's has been defeated easily Nobody wanted this so moving on. #3. 1 point per reception has passed 7-6. This means rather than the .5 ppr that we have been using will now be bumped up to a full point per reception. Making guys who catch the ball that much more important. #4. Lowering the limit on WR from 5 to 4 has been defeated 7-6. You can keep a max of 5 WR, same as last year. #5. Lowering the QB limit from 3 to 2 has passed soundly. This means you can only have two QB's on the roster at once. It should even out the rosters as everyone will have 2 starting QB's. #6. Lowering roster limit to each position +1 was defeated soundly. Not much to say other than this was the extreme version of 4 & 5 involving all positions. #7. Expanding the bench for all starting positions +1 was defeated. Would've cut down on roster moves and potential strikes by people who don't like to cut players for a week. #8. Going with a FA auction has been defeated soundly. Would of involved giving people a set amount for the year and having to managing your FA acquisitions that way. #9. Going with a waiver wire has been approved. This means you can't just pick anyone up at anytime(Monday at 4 am or Sunday at 12:30), you have to wait at least a day before the transaction goes through as everyone slotted above reserves the right to add the player before you do. Which one we use(based on draft position/weekly rank) will be voted on when we decide the draft time & date this summer. #10 Replacing bad owners at the time or during the offseason. This one went 7-5-1 for at the time. This means after the third strike the owner is immediately disqualified and is booted out of the league once 3 days notice has been given after the third strike. This season I will PM/email people if they get a strike as to check if they went AWOL or just forgot. If you go on vacation or have an emergency, that happens before the week or last longer than a week just message me and I'll set-up the roster for you but no FA acquisitions since I can't make claims for you. And that's it for now until the summer.
The site for this year is up and running, I got the voted results in and working. Working on the schedule and draft picks can now be traded. There's going to be an issue if you have 3 QB's with the new rule of a 2 QB limit so in order to complete a trade you will have to drop one if you end up with 3 QB's after the trade. Draft date is temporary until we vote on it.

You guys alright with the Wednesday Sept 7 draft at 8 PM EST and keeper deadline of 5pm EST on the same day?
Note if someone doesn't do their keepers then how should I proceed just take whomever is their starting 6 on offense(QB, RB, RB/WR, WR, WR, TE), best 6 scoring-wise , top 4 or what? Want to make sure we have some sort of agreement on this. I also had to tweak my roster in order to do some trades so if there is a problem with that go ahead and tell me so I can fix it.
Id say take the best points wise avaiable on there roster so if a LB has a better stat total than a lower rate WR ( example for me Tulloch over Eddie Royal) keep them over the other but limit it too one defensive player.

Edit- storm kept me offline for awhile so I'm just getting back to this. So if anyone knows who else is without power I'll pardon them if they don't get it back until after the 5th.
