I wanted the Jets to Take Darren Mcfadden and we know how that story turned out. He was the only one left that would fit our needs. Now go find the other post of me wanting Matt Ryan as well.
Looking back at my posts, I wanted McFadden too. But I supported Gholston. Also, referring to my posts, in 2008, I lost any hope of Gholston succeeding.
lol what does that have to do with supporting the gholston pick? ftr, i supported the gholston pick and thought he was gonna be a good player...i based it on pure faith tho (as I do with most draft picks cus I don't know much about prospects)
I also supported the pick and defended him his first 2 years. What I didn't do was come on here years later and claim that he was an obvious bust from the get go after supporting him. Big difference.
Tanny has done pretty good regarding his draft picks. I try to give him benefit of the doubt as I am trying to do with the Sanchez Pick as well. Ghoslton had all the qualities of a bust. Sad thing is we still need a pass rusher two years later.
Did you or did you not find the post where I said our loss to the Steelers was not his fault? I was never a fan of his talent but I did say he had the persona for the city. Im still waiting since your a fourthandlong historian.

The NYJ's front office made the choice to go after Sanchez instead of trading all the way up for Stafford or waiting for the better Qbs' to come out this year and for better or worse this guy has to play and that is it. I wanted Clemens to start since the day Chad got hurt in Baltimore but putting him now would do nothing more than set back Sanchez. I was never thrilled with the trade up for Sanchez because I though he was the latest overrated Usc bust but with that said as fans we should support him because that is the path that our Front office has taken. Sad but true. Let him make his mistakes now.
You were wrong, bud. Man up, admit your mistake, hopefully learn from it and move on. Stop trying to justify it. Just makes you look bad. Can't wait for the draft and preseason!
I think WSW's problem is your posts don't make it seem like you're trying to give him the benfit of the doubt. For example: I thought the highlighted part was pretty interesting because: So yeah, hard to see the benefit of the doubt.
