he is a decent player. we could have definitely done worse. i wouldnt go crazy about him having kids young, there are some out there having them at 11 or 12. terry metcalf had eric metcalf at age 17 while it might have been early back then he was still able to have kids for a number of years before he did. if you really think about it we should be having children as soon as we are able to reproduce. now on the other hand having 9 kids by 8 women and barely knowing their names shows that he is not very smart and doesnt learn from past mistakes. which he has proven, abyz is right he relies on his god given ability too much and doesnt do the things that would make him special. i would much rather root for a guy who wasnt a scumbag than a guy who is. i will not turn a blind eye simply because he is a decent player. fuck that

I don't hate him as a player and against the right type of receiver, he's very effective (Randy Moss springs to mind). Give him a straight out match up for pace and reach and he'll win more than he loses. He is, however, the big name FA I'm least concerned about losing this offseason. Where he puts his cock has absolutely zero bearing on my views of him, though. As long as his behaviour is legal it's not my place to judge; anyone allowing their children to have sportsmen as role models needs their heads examining.

to each his own. there have been very very few jets i have ever not rooted for when they were on the field. jason taylor is one i can think of off the top of my head, herm would probably be the other. however its much easier to root for some guys than it is others.
