I know of it but haven't seen it. I don't idolize these players, I deal w/ them on a regular basis so I know many aren't good guys and I don't paint my face or have posters up in my room anymore- now that I am an adult. Think about how many off the field incidnets there are, then think about how many of them involved alcohol and/or being out very late. They should have security w/ them and the smarter thing to do would be going out much earlier and being home much earlier. As we know nothing bad can happen in the VIP section- just ask Plaxico!
Your first mistake is living via the "what-if" scenario. Sanchez or someone else can have a problem with some lunatic just as easily @ 12PM on a midtown street. If anything, this guy is even more insulated during the wee hours of the morning when you consider that more often than not, they're afforded VIP status and some security detail by the club, to keep the idiots at bay. If a player can "party responsibly," which includes holding his liquor, not making the tabloids, staying out of trouble, who are we to pass judgment? True, you and I are a different mold, suburban dad, home more than you're out, but it doesn't mean that what we do is gospel and that the Jets players are violating some holy morality clause. If we had 10 Braylon's or Plaxico's on the team, I'd be inclined to agree with you, but we don't. Until that time, let the guys live their lives.

Doesn't it make sense to prepare for all scenaarios? There are more wacko's out at 3AM drunk/high or whatever. Normal citizens aren't out at 3AM. If, if, if but hasn't Braylon proven he cannot? he got into trouble in a club in Cleveland which was why he was traded here and he has a DWI this year. I'm not saying no players should go out and enjoy their fame and money but after that loss was not the time to do that. How do you know if we have 10 Braylon/Plaxico's? We have a bunch of guys who have been in trouble before and have made poor decisions off the field.
