I'm siding with the players, and here's why: You can make 10x the money throwing a ball over home plate or throwing a ball through a rim 10 feet off the ground. There are no frequent career ending injuries in either sport, and no threat of dropping dead moments after practice. NFL players are the most under paid pros considering what they put their bodies through for our entertainment and their team owners' pockets. In lay mans terms, enjoy this year, and pick a good college team next year unless the Jets are bringing in replacements. I hope i'm wrong though.
