I'm not 100% certain, but has there ever been a QB and or headcoach that has taken their team to the championship game each of their first two years? I think there's been a headcoach who has, but I don't think there's ever been a QB....granted it's largely the Defense that's allowed Sanchez to reach the point but still.
They said we had to play the perfect game, and you just saw it. Well, not quite. But anyway..... fuck yeah!!!!
The CBS crew is giving Rex Ryan the biggest blowjob of compliments I've ever seen right now. Its awesome.
At times like this I really wish I lived in NY. It must be rocking there right now. Enjoy the night you guys! God knows how I'm supposed to go to sleep - I feel like I've drunk 10 Red Bulls! Same New Jets! I love you Rex
Paul Brown and Otto Graham went to league championship games in each of their first ten seasons. From 1946-49 the Browns were victorious in each title game in the AAFC (a rival league to the NFL). In 1950, three AAFC teams merged with the NFL. The Browns were one of them. They proceeded to play in NFL title games from 1950-55. The streak finally ended in 1956. Then, in 1957, they were back in the title game where the Lions pounced on them 59-14.
