The official Jets-Colts injury report from Friday: NEW YORK JETS QUESTIONABLE S James Ihedigbo (knee), DT Trevor Pryce (hip), RT Damien Woody (knee) PROBABLE CB Antonio Cromartie (groin), DE Shaun Ellis (back), WR Santonio Holmes (quad), C Nick Mangold (shoulder), DT Sione Pouha (back), CB Darrelle Revis (hamstring), QB Mark Sanchez (rt. shoulder), LG Matt Slauson (thumb), S Eric Smith (concussion), LB Bryan Thomas (ankle) and G/TE Rob Turner (thumb). INDIANAPOLIS COLTS QUESTIONABLE DB Al Afalava (ankle), WR Reggie Wayne (knee), OT Ryan Diem (back), DB Kelvin Hayden (neck), DT Antonio Johnson (chest), DT Dan Muir (chest), DB Mike Newton (hamstring), RB Dominic Rhodes (hip), OG Jamey Richard (concussion), LB Clint Session (elbow), OG Jamie Thomas (ankle/back) Analysis: Every player on the Jets' report is expected to play, with Woody slated to start at right tackle and Smith at safety ... For the Colts, Hayden won't play. It's also unlikely that Sessions will play. Wayne is a go. The big question is Diem, who started every game but didn't practice all week. The feeling is that he'll try to give it a shot. http://espn.go.com/blog/new-york/jets
and then the patriots pick up where he records 450 tackles, 185.5 sacks and 193 forced fumbles
I would rather give Wayne the bat and let him hit the ghost, so I never have to see that waste in a Jet uniform again.
+1 I would much rather see Lowery than Smith. Im not really sure how the hell you could NOT start Lowery. The guy has more huge big plays on defense this season than anyone else.
exactly!!!...if smith starts, colts will torch him right away for a td, not to say that cant happen to lowery but the chances are alot greater with smith!!!...he cant cover to save his life!!! STAY WITH LOWERY!!!
Lowery might actually be able to cover Tamme. Smith is fine in run downs, but Indy doesn't run the ball. Lowery not seeing the field would be a major mistake.
They had Strickland man-to-man on Clark until he got hurt last year, so it makes sense that someone like Lowery or Coleman may be assigned to Tamme.
