So, how much will we see of McKnight in the playoffs?

He looked damn good running today, against the Bills or not.

Not much. He'll keep playing on ST and may see a few carries, maybe more if we build a lead.

Can't imagine we'd see him much on offense. He ran great today behind a 2nd string line, but BUF is terrible. Wouldn't want to take carries away from Greene or a (hopefully) rested LT.

Joe McKnight is only 10,113 yards short of becoming the Jets all time leading rusher.

I can see some gadget plays or maybe a three headed monster type deal. See Greene pound them with McKnight playing later on in the game with LT as a 3rd down back.

Limited touches on offense. He'll continue to be a big contributor on special teams.

This was a great confidence booster for him. I look forward to watching this kid run in the future.

I'd rather see him return punts than Cotchery

Cotch looks so indecisive on punts

    I agree 1000%

I think Cotchery is absolutely atrocious on punt returning.

I dont think Mcknight is planned to get many carries, but with LT running on empty it might just be inevitable. Esp with Sanchez being hurt we might end up going back to ground and pound

Some guy just asked rex that in the post game presser and he kind of answered around it. Doubt you see him in my opinion.

Schottenheimer has a boner for LT and Holmes... they'll be the focus of every game plan without a doubt.

    !

He played a solid game. He ran the ball well today. If he keeps it up the future looks nice and sunny for the Jets running game.

BTW great game for the Jets and way to go on entering the playoffs on a high note.

Wouldn't be surprised if he's exclusively special teams.

I'm excited about his future after today though.

I agree, all I care about from our punt returner is that he doesn't drop it. Cotchery is solid.

I think we will see LT more if we go to Indy. LT will be out of the cold and be running well. Although I would still like to see McKnight in the game a bit for change of pace. It would throw off the Colts a bit.

I concur. I hope he's our punt returner for the playoffs. We need more explosive plays from our punt return team.

this may not be fair after one meaningless game, but i think mckight did as well as woodhead would have done if we kept his white ass.

The only way I can see him getting more touches on Offense is if LT or Greene get hurt or LT is ineffective.
