Played great today in the freezing cold. One of my biggest worries was how will our So Cal QB do in Dec and its obvious now that he loves the cold weather.
Yea I want to hear people say it now. Granted it is one game, but I hope some of his critics give him some credit.
He had the kind of gameplan you give a 2nd year QB all season. And it makes him an efficient player. It doesn't matter what the elements are. Great job by everyone today.
He looked like the playoffs Sanchez. Hitting open receivers, not forcing anything, managing the game. That's how this team wins. Good job by Schotty going back to that. Great win.
Let's not go overboard. "Efficient" is a good enough word today, but we still had only one offensive touchdown.
he's great in the cold, until the next cold game he loses then everyone is going to pile on him again for being a warm-weather QB...the kid is an all-weather baller
He was in sync with the receivers today and Schotty wasn't awful, they finally used some play actions. Can't say anything bad about him besides that near interception where he just threw it up.
Funny how you wait for one decent game to act like hes an all weather. Get a clue. Props to Sanchez though. He didnt force anything and executed the plays as needed. Lets see some more consistency now in December.
Great is a big stretch. He completed more passes today but his YPA was an anemic 5.8. He didn't turn the ball over and he kept some drives moving.
yeah.. it has still been 3 games in a row w/o a TD pass Good game though, I'm sure the confidence will help him
Good performance. I don't care that he didn't throw a TD pass (did score a TD(. This game was about the Jets and Sanchez getting the W against a top 6 team on the road. Mission accomplished. Now for next week at Chicago. See if we can do it again. If so, confidence will be back to 100%. We can do it, Chicago ain't as good as the Steelers.
True, but then again the Steelers have one of the best defenses in football even without Polamalu. He played well enough for the Jets to win today, in the end that's all that really matters.
