Pats fans should be worried about the Pats playing a good team in the snow. I think the NFL finally realized the tuck rule doesn't exist
It will be bumped if the first play for the Jets doesn't gain yards, or vice versa if the Fins have a good opening play.
Over at the pats forum, some of the ladies have stared a thread that the NFL should consider postponing the game, because someone might get hurt. The snow might not be as big of a factor as the turf... or the wind... or the Bears D.
Wow, the Pats dominated the Bears in this game. 33-0 at the half. I thought it was going to be a much closer game. Didn't realize that the Bears weren't that good. Packers were defeated by the Lions today which show that the Lions aren't as bad as their record.
What whoppened... It's hard to get a pass rush going in the snow. The Bears are a zone team, and given enough time, Brady will kill a zone team. There were too many good receivers heading to the holes in the zones. It was like killing baby seals. Doesn't mean they can do it against any team in any weather, but the Patriots are playing crazy good just now. If the NFL is a copycat league, Lovey Smith stole Rex Ryan's after the game speech from last week. Beat in all three phases of the game. You can't make mistakes against a good team...
Yes, they are that good. They can score at will and Beli knows your offense better than you do. I'm just hoping we somehow get into the playoffs and win a game.
Pats fan here..not to troll but to just say that the jets will win their first wildcard game whoever they play...you guys are a decent team...not as good as last year and sanchez is struggling big time. I think the players bought into the hype and they were mistaken
I watched the Pats-Bears game today. The wind was pretty crazy at times. Brady wasn't as accurate in today's game but he was able to keep the chains moving. I think they really revamped the offense when they got rid of Moss. Spreading the ball around really helps. Their cornerback, McCourty played really well. He has a knack for stripping the ball out which he did today.
Yeah it's ironic that in the end, the Patriots benefited more from the snow and bad weather then the Bears. Particularly when everyone every where were saying the weather would level the playing the field and give the Bears a chance. The Patriots are playing out of their minds right now.
