Any game at this point in the season is important, but how important is a win against NE for the Bears, in terms of their playoff push?
We could very well be tied for first by this time next week. The Bears are on a roll right now, and every win is important to them. I'm glad we don't have to go there this week. Julius Peppers is a bad bad man.
If we win out, the Pats needs to lose to either the Bills or Dolphins, or for them to lose to Chicago and Green Bay. My confidence in the Jets is really shaken this morning... At this point, I just want for the Jets to clinch a playoff berth as soon as possible, preferably this weekend. Anyway this can happen?
I wish we could just blow out the Dolphins and get back on track, but I don't see how that's possible.
Almost everyone on the Pats offense scares me. Nobody on the Dolphins offense scares me. We'll go back to doing what we do, and we should win this game fairly easily ... Like the Bengals game when I never thought for a second that we would lose. I expect to feel the same way on Sunday.

The real question is why aren't the Jets practicing there every day? When the weather is like this, the team needs to be exposed to it as much as possible. Not practicing on a heated field.
Case 2 has got some potential ... but actually I would prefer the less-likely Case 1 because it cripples the playoff hopes of both the Colts and Chargers.
