At the end of the day, Woodhead has gone over 100 total yards one time in his career. Calling him an upgrade over the second best receiver in football history is insane.

Insane? Do you watch the games, or just make this $#!t up? In TWO YEARS and a three game span, moss compiled a whopping 9 catches for 106 yards. In 3 games.. Note, the qualifier I used....For what they do, in games against us, Woodhead serves them better than Mandy Ross Woodhead will outperform Moss AGAINST US (e.g. Revis won't be covering him) To deny the obvious (that Woodhead will average more than 35 yards a game) is insane.
the new look pats are a potentially bad matchup for the jets with the short passing game using the small quick receivers and TE's down the seam/middle. my guess is that ryan is gonna rush 3 or 4 most of the time while trying to clog the area from the line of scrimmage out 15 yards. if they do blitz - it will likely come from the middle out. blitzing brady off the edge (corner) is suicide with the short passing game. jil
gotta agree - its like the old run and shoot - those receivers used to be real quick and short. same with the pats. brady sits back there and picks u apart with these quick darts to these guys. a guy like woodhead enhances their playbook much better than moss did - at least this year. geezus - welker and woodhead doing their thing underneath while the TE's fly down the seam. very tough to stop. jil

I just have to agree with this post. The offense is being stifled and not allowed out of the bag so to speak. Let them play! This is why the 2 minute offense works so well, because the players can get into a rhythm and just play!
