This is something that's crossed my mind before - doesn't seem right. Then again, at least in the US you can buy a jersey from NFL.com and not have the shock of the postman then charge you another £31 ($50 or so) import tax when you go to sign for the item on your doorstep!!

Glorious Friday morning for me!! 9:30 am kickoff... took the day off from work to enjoy the Jets. Will do the same next week!
Its the same here in reverse. I cannot watch Saturday 3pm live games but they are on all over the world. Thats where handy streams come in handy Feeling trashed this morning. Got one hour and 45 mins sleep, im caffeine fuelled and just dragging myself to hometime. But we won! so thats great! Tuesday morning after the Ravens game was shit! and i had a whole week in front of me.
I managed a quick hour's nap before the game and it made a huge difference. Thoroughly recommended. :lol:
I thought about, then started Watching the Cowboys game and got engrossed. Ah well just another 6 hours to get through and then i can go home and die.
Sorry for not posting mid game but our broadband went to sleep!! Had to laugh at how wired Nick Halling looked , he looked like he had done 12 pints and a few red bulls!! Did 2 hrs pre game...took other posters advise as I hate the Cowboys and then got my head down for a copuple of hours after ...its the future..except I got hit with a management meeting this am which has brought me to the brink!! The pats game is a major nightmare for me...I fly to Schiphol at 6am the Tuesday am. I am contemplating booking a hotel at the airport UK side just so I can watch the game and walk to terminal!!!!! effing work commitments!

Coverage in Switzerland is great via the continental version of ESPN America, broadcasts 3 college games Saturday, 3 nfl games Sunday (ie cbs, fox and the late game), the Monday night game, and the nfl network Thursday night game and sometimes one or two of the other non-live games during the week. Comes as part of a sports & adult(!) package that costs me about £4 a month!.. but then everything else here is amazingly expensive.
As a member of for me.. 1 hour club i feel your pain.. actually the worst for me recently was the Monday night game against the Vikings when I was back in N. Ireland and flying to Switzerland the next day. I had to get a bus at 6.30 am to travel to the airport and with the kick off delay and all I think i got about 40 mins, fortunately the wife didn't wake when i was sneaking to bed
9:30 KO, there is no way right now I could keep awake for this one. Going to have to set an alarm for this one, then have beer for brekkie
