No, just 11. Just tired of it I guess, perhaps I will buy it at some point. Seems every year they have a new version, which consists of just minor changes.
I had the moment last year, just got bored with it. Taking a year off was great because now I love it again. Can't wait for Assassins Creed though, hands down best game series ever.
I agree, the game could be much better, it's stagnated the past few editions. I blame this on lack of competition.
I was a 2K fan myself, I hope they eventually get to make it again. Competition makes the games better, I don't think they should be allowed to have just 1 designer. It's not like it would grab the governments attention but it is a monopoly, we have no other choice for a NFL based game.
madden 10 was the first major change in the madden world in a long time. it changed for the good. no more scrambling 30 yards back and being able to easily complete a 80 yard bomb. they made it more realistic. madden 11 is very similar. i still buy it because i like updated rosters and playing online and all that but gameplay is basically the same. the problem with madden 11 is the exact opposite of 10. zone coverage is awful in madden 11. man coverage is way too good. in madden 10 zone coverage was beastly and man coverage was terrible. it would be nice if they could balance it out.
In either scenario, throwing over the middle is Just way too easy. I think they need to correct that.
I'm convinced that there's some joke with the NY Jets 3rd week in a row where we pretty much get 0 moves...every other team is having 10+ roster adjustments The only move we get is Marcus Dixon increase from 58 to 62...WTF he hasn't even played yet.....it has to be some sort of joke.
bwahaha. i was just about to post this. every week nothing changes on the jets. i would've been happy with some jets going down this week. instead we got marcus dixon going up, lol. WTF. the giants on a bye week got ratings updated. the jets didn't get anything on the bye. they got nothing this week either. it looks like every team gets in depth ratings adjustments except the jets. some teams have like 15 changes. jets...nothing. i was expecting a cotchery catch decrease. If we lost that game I guarantee there's like 6 decreases on no increases. Side note, at least this Week's madden moment live is our comeback, and the fuckers didn't change it and make the player be the Lions D and stop the comeback.
Wow, we finally got some moves this week! Even if it was still less than any other team. Glad Brandon Moore is finally getting props, and you can see how reluctant they are to move Edwards up...he'd be a 90 on a lot of other teams. Revis needs to be 99 again soon and Slauson/Devito need to get upgraded still. Kyle Wilson can probably go down some for now...he's a 75 still. Weatherford and Folk both being in the 60's is still a joke too.
They still need to increase Mark's deep ball accuracy. This move pisses me off-Colt McCoy QB CLE Increase, from 72 to 75OVR How they hell is Mark still a 81 and this guy is a 75? He's done pretty much nothing, has 1 TD and 2 INT's.
Think we finally see a Sanchez increase this week? Schaub's and Mark's stats are eerily close. Schaub does have a few hundred extra passing yards though, but that's it. Sanchez has less INT's, and what is Matt ans 89? BS!!
I'm with you. I bought it this year, but will not next year, unless something significant changes in the game. I don't like the fact I have to buy the game, and then if I want something that was promised to me when I purchased, I have to spend $10 more dollars a week or points. Or that ratings are adjusted by someone who is biased towards teams.
What are you spending the extra $10 a week on? I just bought the game, play it, download the updates. No extra cost for me.
