Assuming we take care of business this week in Cleveland we will be a 7-2 team coming home for a 2 game home stand. Our crowd needs to be fired up and giving us that home feild advantage we all hope for. I know people have been back and forth this year about our home crowd so lets silence the critics and get our asses out there in full gear. I have fear that the Thanksgiving primetime night game is going to be empty/ quiet as I am sure plenty of folks arent going or sold their tickets. I will have my whole family out there celebrating a JETS thanksgiving ...anyone else?
I am almost starting to look forward to away games more now.They seem to always play better on the road even going back to last years post season.We are becoming roadwarriors,always findin ways to win in the other teams stadium.Our home crowd has been pretty dull for the most part this season.
I was going to make a thread just like this. I hear frequently now on NFL radio how the fans did not show up for the Green Bay game, and by not show up I don't mean psychically. It was too quiet on 1st and 2nd downs and even some 3rds. I would love to stand up the entire game and scream my fuckin head off. So please, Lets RAISE SOME HELL!!
I have my 2 sons and one of their girlfriends going for the Bengals, we are all big Jets fans so will hooting and hollering for them. Not sure how to do the tailgating, since there will be a family dinner earlier in the day. Thinking of making Turkey sandwiches complete with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce.
Couldn't find anyone to go with me to Thanksgiving night but I have a friend from college with a bunch of guys coming down from Upstate NY for the game. So if I can't dig up a wingman I'm going to meet them there and sell the extra ticket in the lot if necessary. We will have family visiting, if I had gotten stuck watching this at home I'd see about two plays.
I'm flying in from San Diego to go to the Houston game so you know I'm gonna be loud. Good thing my buddy is having his wedding on a Jets home game weekend.
Yea i am lucky my family is all JET fans and i got them all tickets. They were happy to pass up the traditional thanksgiving for a chance to get to the game! :smile:
HAHA- Is he the full time announcer now for Kimmel or was that a joke last night? I caught it just flipping threw the channels.
I really wish I was closer to the stadium so I could attend more games. It's such a hassle to drive all the way down and all the way back with work on Monday morning.
Lets see the stadium holds 82,000 bodies & I would guess there are maybe 50 tix holders on this forum who are active so how many people do you think you will be reaching with this thread? :jets:
50 active sure but I think overall there a bunch of season ticket holders on this site that are absurdly drunk during the game that they post asinine threads in the main forum on game day and then disappear.
The point was & is that there is way, way, way, way, way less then 82,000 STHs that re members of this forum :jets:
