This is the third time this season we have released a player only for them to turn up the very same week on our opposition teams' roster. We have lost two of those games. Now, I realize that there is no way to really control this but do you think this inside knowledge has made a difference on the day? Go easy, I don't make many threads in here. I don't see this happening in other sports and NFL is such a structured game with all the plays and whatnot. It strikes me as a big problem. OH Shit, wrong forum. Mod please relocate
No. and for the record I wouldn't include "go easy" in any thread I started that's usually opening the door for them to be more brutal than they would originally.
Yes. It is odd. Howard Green seemed to play well today. I was not a fan of the Jets dropping Woodhead and then to see him get scooped up by New England really pissed me off.
Actually, I might be wrong, LOL, see, that's why I said go easy. I just had the feeling this was the third time.
Maybe you're thinking of their idiot OC saying he picked up some of our defense's tendencies from Hard Knocks?
On one play, I believe it was maybe a misdirection play, the Packers D was all over it. I know Green was in on the play and may have made the tackle. I'm sure the team ran that play in practice and Green recognized the formation. I thought it looked that way.
look, when you're burgin', and I mean REALLY burgin'? That becomes your top priority -- family, friends, your job -- even your health, they all take a backseat fast! When Burgin' strikes, it strikes HARD! So if there's a burg within reach, you'd step over your own mother to get it! As for the original question -- Nah, I don't think Green even had enough time to absorb enough info for him to share with GB. Woodhead, on the other hand, may be able to provide some insights on our offense. And you know Bellicheat will be grilling him on it.
Howard Green didn't even show up in Green Bay til Friday night or some shit. We shit on the Packers on defense... Only contribution Howard Green had was a couple of tackles, and the announcers saying his shirt was small.
