Why because the Steelers are going 15-1? And as for the bye, maybe this team's better off without one.

I'm here to overreact about Revis. He's on Post-Game Live right now. Looks homeless. Can someone get this dude to shave, cut his hair and dress like a multi-millionaire? He shouldn't look like he's stranded on his own island.

The defense should have held the Packers to -6, then we could have won without having to score and we would have covered the spread too.

    Dig deeper.

We didn't play much better against the Broncos. Bye still came at the right time. It's just obvious we didn't utilize the time off in a productive way.

Not only inferior but missing a starting a CB and Safety as well as so thin along the defensive front that they are using backup OL to play on the DL during short yardage situations.

As I stated to the Giants overreacters after the Tenn. game. I sure as hell would rather have a stinker at home vs an afc team then a divisional team, opposite holds true for you guys. Jet fans will gladly trade this loss for a stinker like say vs the Bills. I would not sweat it.

Wow, the White Knights are in full force today.

This team has played like shit in 3 of their 7 games this season. This is acceptable to you people? I DEMAND better from this team. They better not fuck me over again this season because I can't take much more of this shit. Superbowl or bust.

I blame his face painted volleyball friend for recommending this type of look.

    Rationally speaking, you're absolutely correct.

But this is 2 stinkers out 7 games by the Offense, and both times the OC played a big role; that can be a cause for concern when thinking about a legit Superbowl run because now we have to wonder when the Mr. Hyde Schotty will resurface.

We can argue about over reation etc but superbowl bound teams do not lose games like this. We all know the pats would not lose this game..... our offense is regressing and the playcalling is completely out of sync.

Demanding that the team play better isn't retarded over-reaction. That's what we should be doing; I'm sure that's what all of the White Knights are doing. Calling for mass cuts and firings is over-reacting.

I wish his volleyball friend recommended other things, like "don't let your bitch Uncle give you career advice"

    THE SKY IS FALLING

what did we learn? we learned that having time off during the bye week might not have been the best idea. we learned that game management needs to be addressed. we learned that our offense isn't as mighty as it was a few weeks ago - perhaps tied to point one. losing this game sucks, but holy shit. can we stop with the prima donna how our we gonna live with ourselves bullshit? lets see how we respond to this stinker.

Superbowl bound teams don't lose games like this IN DECEMBER. Being 5-2 after getting kicked in the dick in week eight by a non-conference team is not the end of the world.

It's shitty, but in the end it may be the wake-up call this team needs. No one can be taken lightly, not Detroit, Cleveland, or a Packers team with a depth chart that looks like a trauma ward.
I'll take this and learn from it over pulling a San Diego 14 game win streak and then shitting the bed as soon as it's win-or-go-home.

The Denver and Minnesota games masked a glaring problem with this team and the ability of the offense to come through when needed. We easily could and, some may argue, should have lost those games. The loss here isn't that important, as we are still 5-2. The fact that our offense could not come through when needed signifies a far greater problem. Will we make the playoffs? Sure. But the question is, are the Jets a Superbowl caliber team? I think today shows why we aren't. Yet.
