It's one game, people, and everyone had a bad day today. He's still our most reliable receiver.

Clever thread title, frustrated motive for the post though.

Cotchery will be fine, today was just a (rare) bad game for him.

6 or 7 drops today by our wideouts. No one can blame Sanchez for this loss.

Not like Stonetonio Holmes was a whole lot better.

But yeah the neglect Edwards got was alarming. Was Woodson covering him for the majority oft he game? What would make him become so invisible out on the field to not go to him after a big time completion.

Nope. Guy played with a lot of heart but he wasn't helped at all. Cotch and Holmes with huge drops repeatedly. Made some good throws that just weren't hauled in.

That play to Keller was money, but WTF was with the QB sneak shortly after? Ugh....

and then he passes to Cotch who lets one go through his hands on the sideline. Cotch, I hate him....in the moment. He better redeem himself. This was gross.

He also had a huge drop in the Ravens game that people forget about because it was overshadowed by awful officiating and poor playcalling.

And Holmes is not without guilt, he dropped two that would have been huge plays.

lol, come back tomorrow... or in a few hours. It won't seem so bad.

Well the loss will because it fucking sucked but you won't be as pissed at Cotchery even though he also fucking sucked too.

The Pats better lose to the Vikes this week....or we'll have a flood of Massholes storming the board.

I don't understand that when a defender strips the ball away from a receiver, it counts as an int. I agreed that it was Greenbays ball the first time it happened, but the second time, I couldn't believe it, he looked down before it was stripped. I just don't understand why a quarterback should be punished for the receivers lack of ball handling skills. This game was more painful to watch than the Ravens opener. So many penalties and drops. Heck, I hope we don't get a bye week if we make it to the playoffs. Seeing how this team can perform better during simultaneous weeks, I'd rather have them in the third, fourth or wildcard.

Get off of Cotchery you haters. He's a great receiver. He played like a beast in the AFC championship game and several games in 2009. He had a bad game today, get off his ass.

It was a quick play to beat out a Green Bay coach challenge. Sanchez may have crossed the LOS on that play.

I disagree with this. I'm sure Cotchery is being harder on himself than we are.

I think he should play against DET....but i don't think he should start opposite Braylon.

Maybe this is reactionary, but let's be realistic.....that's why I don;t feel bad that he got bumped out of the number 1 or 2 role. You have to make those catches...all 4 of 'em, even the one in the end zone.
