Do you think Revis will play against MIN? Also would you play him or make him sit an miss the game? Why or Why Not?

He's practicing this week, so he should play.

    Rex said he's playing.

I was for letting him rest/practice until the bye week so he doesn't aggravate his hammy.

Now with Moss in the Minny mix if the Docs and trainers think he can go then I want to see him out playing. Just not covering Moss.

He'll play. Hopefully he doesn't reinjure the hammy. Not that the Jets need him to win, but they definitely don't need the controversy that having Revis out for much of the season after the holdout would bring.

Have a bad feeling if he plays.I really think its a good idea to wait till after the bye.Hamstrings are such lingering injuries and you know Moss will test him big time!

I think he was borderline to play last week. Given that he had an extra week to recover I'd say he is 100% and ready to go now. Otherwise, they wouldn't risk it. At some point you have to test the leg to get it stretched into "game shape", I'm sure Revis has been going full out in practice and likes the way he feels.

Of course if he's 100% he should play. My fear is they might be rushing it by a game or two.

If he's not 100%, sit him out. I'll take a guaranteed Revis at 100% for the last 8-10 games (and playoffs?) before gambling with him this early in the season.

    I'm trusting Rex knows better.

Tough call, before the Vikes suddenly got Moss I would say let him rest it up. Now it almost seems like you need him in there, but at the same time it was Moss who got him to sprain it in the first place. Would really leave it to the doctors.

I would tend to agree if Revis is not 100%, rest him.

Either way, I would put Cormartie on Moss for this game, he handled him pretty well in the second half of the NE game.

Hamstring injuries scare me. They linger and linger and linger, and it's sooo easy to reinjure. Even if he was 99.9% i still wouldn't play him. Moss isn't that big of a threat in his first game with Minny's playbook. I'd sit him

For some reason I envision Cro getting burned this time around. For those who actually watch the games over and over (like my sad self does), Cro has been beat quite a bit this season. IMO, he is just too damn lanky - any bit of juking, and he's out of position with his hips turned. His Rhodes-like tackling also leaves much to be desired.

Another reason I say rest Revis as long as necessary to get him 100%.

People want him to sit out another game to rest but didnt revis say he could of played in buffalo but wanted to give him another week. I dont think he would play if he wasnt confident he was 100%

I want Revis on Moss round 2. This time, Revis will do what he does. Vikings fans will be like, "What? I thought Moss would make us unstoppable?"

i'd rather cromartie cover moss with safety help and revis cover harvin. cromartie seems like he'd have a lot of trouble with harvin.

none of us know the condition of his hamstring. stop being so fearful and insecure and accept what those who do know think is doable. if the coaches and docs think he can go this week, there is no reason to sit him another week or two.
