Jets are #1 in the net points. That is, #1 in point differential (pts scored - pts allowed). This is a very good barometer of team effort, both offense and defense. Chargers (2-2) are the only one with 40+ net points, but this is more a reflection of the sorry state of AFC West than the solid nature of Chargers (which they are not.)
Historically, it's a very accurate way to measure how dominant a team is. It's actually a very useful and somewhat meaningful statistic.
