I don't think this is a trap game. The Jets have an opportunity to go 3-0 in the division and the players know that. Often times, teams lose trap games when they play a non-conference opponent after winning against a divisional opponent. I think this could wind up like the Raiders game last season. How is this a trap game? The definition of a trap game is one in which you overlook this week's opponent into next week's opponent. Are you overlooking the Bills by looking forward to playing a 1-2 Vikings team? I think the jets will be heavily favored in both games.
The Bills always play us tough. Plus they lost by 5 to miami and 8 to new england. I expect a win, but not a blowout. Jets 20 - 16
going with 20-6 Jets. Our offense is clicking right now, and the bills defense just gave up 38, so they will certainly be vulnerable next week as well. While their offense is playing better, our defense will kick it up a notch after a week of getting yelled at. This Jets team had better come out firing and jump on the bills early. If they do that, I think the bills will roll over and play dead. Their confidence is in the tank, and it won't take much for them to curl up into their shell on Sunday. This shouldnt be considered a trap game. It should be considered the statement game to this point in the season. go out and beat the Bills and you have just stormed through the divison, have a half game lead on the division, with the primary tie-breaker all but in the bag for the division. The second bills game would be a trap game, but hopefully that game won't mean a thing to end the season....
I guess those claiming trap game didn't here Sanchez on TMKS. Sanchez had a horrible game against Buffalo and was asked specifically about this being a trap game. Response was basically are you kidding me, Sanchez is on a mission this week. He'll have the offense ready to go and you can be damn sure Rex will have the D ready after the performance Sunday.
Lots of people talked last week about blowing out the Dolphins, but I had a feeling it would be a close game. This should not be a close game. I want to steamroll the Bills and I want to see a rocking crowd two Mondays from now when we come back home to end Favre's career.

Last week, a Jet fan friend of mine asks, "How the hell does Cincy beat Baltimore after sucking against the Patriots?" Being the know it all I am, I told him, "Divisional games are always a different animal. Throw out the records and rosters." Even though this should be a 3 possession game. I see 13 pts or less for this win. But if Revis and Pace return for the Vikes, Favre could throw 3 picks.
The Bills are the worst team in the league by a decent margin but due to it being a division game on the road it is the type of game that we will be completely focused for. First since the defense was awful last week there is no way that they will be awful this week.
