How did Edwards hurt the team?

I hate that kind of post. Don't assume things.

What Joe meant was that Braylon wouldn't have been caught if he was using the right drunk driving tech-nique.

I can't believe people really get this bent out of shape over Namath.

I just see him as the old uncle who comes over on holidays, drinks far more than he should, spouts off about everything wrong in the world today, then falls asleep on the couch.

Just let him talk. What's the big deal? He isn't saying anything journalists aren't saying. The only difference is, he doesn't get paid to be impartial.

Namath has no right to say anything about Braylon.

Namath has been loaded in many interviews not even counting the Kolber incident.

He has looked and sounded like a complete ass on so many occasions.

What the hell is with Namath this year?

He makes a cameo on Hard Knocks and now he thinks he runs the Jets.

When Joe Namath played they never gave out DWI's, especially not to him. My Father tells me stories all the time about him and his friends getting pulled over while drinking in the car while driving. Most of the time they were told to be careful and put their seatbelts on if the car had them. lol

If Namath played under todays microscope he'd probably be suspended every year.

    Dear Mr. Namath:

Thanks for the Super Bowl III win in 1969. Please Shut The Fuck Up. Thank you. - A fan

I worked for the Wiz in Secaucus,NJ. Circa 1993.

Not quite. The Dolans decided the Wiz wasn't making enough money to pay Starberry and a bunch of other useless players, along with the luxury tax. So they closed them up.

Its too bad, they actually were doing well for a while.

Don't be too hard on Joe guys.
He was probably drunk when he said that.
When he sobers up, he probably won't remember a thing.

I don't necessarily disagree, but Joe Namath is tiring. Stop Joe. Please take yourself and your pedestrian numbers out of the spotlight. Enough is enough.

    Namath was a great passer.
He had a good arm, a quick release and was accurate.
    However he was immobile.
With those bad knees, he probably wouldn't last half a season today.

You have to remember to squint the one eye just enough so the 2 images in front of you become 1.

Yes a gander is a male goose but in this cliche it refers to the entire flock of geese. What's good for one is good for all.

You don't think the distraction of this incident isn't hurting the team in any way?
