I'm not calling anyone on here a faggot, but a lot of people sure do whine like one after we just fucking beat the Patriots. Wow.

Still, I'll man up and admit I was wrong about something. I believe it was DThomas who said that Cromartie could handle Moss in single coverage. Boy was he right.

I don't understand how some posters are claiming that the people who are rightly upset about the Revis situation can't enjoy the win. In my mid these are two separate subjects. It's easy to be estatic about the win amd extremely dissapointed about the Revis injury at the same time. It's not a mutually exclusive thing.

It seems to me very reasonable to worry about a hamstring injury after a long holdout and it happened. I'm sure that Revis was training hard by himself, but it's not the same as being in taining camp.

Also, it wasn't just one play. If you remember the long pass to Moss at the beginning of the game (that was bobbled in the endzone) it did look like Revis couldn't keep up with Moss at the end of that play. Jim Leonard was there as well, but it didn't look like Revis was running full speed at the end. Even though Leonard was there I doubt a fully healthy Revis would have let up at the end of that play like he did.

Hobbes hasn't said one thing about being excited about the win. Every single one of his posts since the game yesterday has been either bitching about Revis or laughing at Ray Lewis. He's not ecstatic about anything EXCEPT seeing Revis fail. He's a troll.

Obviously it's reasonable to worry. Everyone is concerned. That's different from what we're seeing here. Apparently, he has a history of hamstring trouble. That didn't start with the holdout. You can try to argue that the holdout exacerbated the problem, but it sure didn't create it. And back when we were debating it, not one person could come up with a concrete example of a football player who developed hamstring problems because of a holdout. Look back. You won't find it. It was baseless speculation. Or baseball speculation.

Nope. He doesn't look right. The difference is, I think most people are hoping he recovers quickly and can help us win. They're not sitting around bitching.

Dude...I've already re-watched the game, read the NY Post, and have had Sportscenter on while I'm working...

    Troll...yeah...try talking to my wife...

The 16 weeks of over the top exuberance comes close to landing me in Divorce court.

I'm trying to be as balanced as I was last week. I waited till Thursday to bitch about the vaginal injury taking a part in the Monday night loss.

(Though clearly the officiating was more clearly the deciding factor.)

Anyone with a Brain (and in deference to you, even some without) hopes he can come back quickly....

However...(maybe you'll want to deny this as well) ...this injury can linger for months...

The question, it seems to me, is how much better than the next three opponents are we?

We get Pace in a Week or Two...Holmes after that..

Mevi$ in all probability would be better served waiting till the Bye week and healing completely...

I like Revis...loved that he apologized to the fans when he came back, but at the end of the day, what he did was wrong, profited him nothing that he wasn't going to get anyway and hurt the team in the process, at the end of the day I appreciate Revis, but I'm a Jets fan...not a Revis and 52 other guys fan.

With Favre's current level of play if the Vikings don't sign V-Jax we can let him rest for that game too... and after that it's bye week so basically he'd have 4 weeks to prepare for GB (when we REALLY need him).
