Not for nothing...but we gave up 19 total TD's on defense last year

You have Baltimore getting 3...IN THE SAME GAME?

    Jets 21 ravens-13

Ha ha that is not an ass-kicking. 24-3 is more like it. And Joe Flacco is sidelined for the season and Ray Rice gets neutered on the field rushing for only 20 yards.

Well, to be fair, we gave up 4 touchdowns in week 5 last year to the dolphins and we gave up 3 touchdowns to the Colts in the AFC Championship game. So, while it may not be likely that the Ravens will score 3 touchdowns on us (and I don't think they will), it is possible

I'm thinking along the lines of a pick 6 somewhere in there.

Also, I'm giving the Ravens more credit than maybe they deserve here.

    Jets: 24

    Ravens: 6

I see the Jets defense being dominant in the season opener.

I also can also easily see these two teams in the AFC championship, which is what I'm hoping for. The ravens are gonna be a team that's gonna get much stronger as the season progresses, especially once reed is back. God damn Im pumped for this game...is it monday yet??

I totally agree with the bolded. The Ravens are a bit banged up right now but as they get healthier, they will have one of the strongest two or three rosters in the league.

Not only that, but our two corners coming off ACL injuries will have the rust shaken off and our new players(wilson and housh) will know the system much better by then. And hopefully our top draft pick sergio kindle will be back to some extent. I was real excited to see what the kid could do.

No wonder Reed is hurt. As per your avatar, his left leg is about a foot longer than his right leg. Creepy.

If Kellen + McCareins can almost do it, why no Sanchez?

Yeah, but you can't think for a second that the Ravens D will be ready to play - with or without Ed Reed.

I was depressed for a days after that game

edit: In thinking about it more, that season was one of the more frustrating ones ever, to me personally, as a Jets fan. We lost SO many close coulda/woulda/shoulda games.

Like Leinart ever did that good (that is, the late stretch last season + the playoff performances) in ANY phase of his (what you might call) career.

Damn, boy. Get some brain before posting.
