Anyone know why Revis all of a sudden agreed to meet without his agents? Did he do it without them knowing? Seems weird the agents would all of a sudden allow a meeting without them.

The thing was, Tanny said negotiations didn't really start to progress until Saturday when Rex went down there, and they didn't really agree on anything substantial until late Sunday night, so Graziano saying last week that they were making progress was probably wrong.
Im sure they were well informed of what was going on. They probably had a deal in place that they liked and would agree too and Rex and Woody meeting with them sealed the deal. Also, take it for what it's worth, but that incarceratedBob character who actually broke this stuff first said that the deal was all agreed to and the meeting was set up with Hard Knocks in mind.
I've heard alot of different stories so far. Is it a 7 year deal that can be voided to 4yrs/$46 million? Is it a 4 year extension to his existing contract? Or is his old contract thrown out and he is set to be a FA in 2015?
It's a 7 year deal with a near 100% chance of being voided into a 4 year/46 million deal. He'll be an FA after 2013.

from what i've read, it seems to be a 7 year deal that can easily be voided to 4 years. Because of that, everyone is treating it as a 4-year deal because that's the most likely option. Brand new contract, not an extension.
