If Brunell was really signed to be the backup and not to "mentor" our young QB's, that scares me. If Kevin O'Donnell and Ainge can't beat out a bankrupt 40-year old man with a weak arm and zero mobility, what does that say about their talent, their development?
Does it matter? If Sanchez goes down, the Jets are in trouble anyhow. With Clemens they would be worse off.
