    AFC Teams

    Jets Players rankings

    Their rankings are odd.
How in the world does Ducasse come out at 75 and Slauson at 65?
    Gholston at 75 , Pouha at 72 ???

I really don't think they have any clue. I don't know how they come up with these numbers. First thing I do is gut the roster and put in ratings that are based on how the guys played last year.

    1) Cotchery: 83 speed?? He's not a burner, but he should be at worst 88.

    2) Love seeing Mangold, Brick, Moore and Woody all over 88.

    3) Gholston over Devito and Pouha is insulting.

Otherwise the ratings are about what they should be.

In all fairness Miami had higher scores than us across the board on Grand Theft Auto.

Gholston is 75 because although his awareness might be low , he's still pretty fast and very strong.. He'll probably get the most sacks when you play with the jets.

i can never get sacks with LB's. All my sacks come from my DB's blitzing from the edge. Not sure if its just me but I gave up on the LB blitz after Madden 09.

If you blitz a quick CB in some of the nickel packages its almost unstoppable...

Agreed...I played a season and had Revis in the nickel...shattered the record for sacks in a season - he got like 33 or something.

I don't play as often as I like, but I get alot of sacks (most) from LDE, then CB blitz in Dime, then weakside LB blitz. I use those the most and usually finish in the top 5 with team sacks, played on Pro , (not that accomplished)

In 3-4 blitz both middle lbs that usually will get sacks for me.. or Spread the line that way your ends take up the tackle and the guards are going to have a hard time picking up your outside lb. Mix it up

Quick question.. How do I stop the option ?!

The ghost is actually awsome in Madden bc of his speed. I moved him to LE and blitz Pace who occupies the T. The ghost runs free and picks up 2-3 sacks a game. You just have to play as him bc he has no awareness.

I've tried the 4-6 , but everybody usually just bottles up inside and he cuts outside for huge gains everytime.

spread out your LB's and move them in....control one of the safetys and just follow the play until you're sure where its going...

    Correct.
Base 46 with DEs playing flat 1/3 , stop it EVERY time. If they have a Ricky Williams type back, pinch in the line and have the DEs flare into coverage
