I disagree- There is nothing better then watching a Jet game, then actually remembering what happened.
My local sports pub has 6 dollar pitchers on Gameday...... sure beats sitting at home and paying 250 for the ticket for the 12 games that usually aren't broadcast in my area  :breakdance:
To all the people outside the NY viewing area who wish to see NY Sports there is only one true reliable way to go that is both affordable and if your computer is hooked up to your TV, pretty damn great picture Try this http://stealthshot.net and tell them Fltflo sent you. I have been use this for two years and I believe there are a few others here who use it as well . I have to tell you I have no complaints at all. I won't give you details but if you don't know about it and are out of town you will think it a God send.....check it out Jets fans
Weren't there a few problems with this last year. I could be wrong but I thought I remember reading about that. I have been out of state the last 3 years and haven't missed a game/paid a cent by watching online. It is very rarely hard to find a stream of the game.
Stealth Shot was what I did when I couldn't get to a bar to watch the games. His stream is pretty much in HD and is very reliable. I don't have the link on this laptop, but I'm sure someone can fill you in
Those of you who know me, can vouch for me...I streamed every game last year besides the primetime ones. My streams run from around 500-700kbps. I didn't have HD last year, but I do this year. Trying to find an HD tv tuner...anyone got any ideas for the best tv tuners out there (besides slingbox...doesn't work with my format)?
Go to the games! If I can make a 16000 mile round trip for two games then anyone in the NY/NJ area should get off their ass and go! Seriously I know its expensive and times are hard but ife is short and this could be the year!! Get yer tickets bought!!!
i watched a couple of your streams last year, and they were pretty damn good and reliable compared to others..just had a question, i bought a Mac this year, are your streams able to run on Mac???
Call DirecTV. When prompted, say you want to cancel. If you're a current subscriber, say that Sunday Ticket is too expensive and you'll have to cancel if they cannot do anything for you on the price. If you get a good CSR, you should be able to knock it down it done, possibly as low as $99 for the season. If you're not an NFL Sunday Ticket subscriber currently, you can try to go through the same steps but simply say you wanted to inquire about any possible promotions for NFL Sunday Ticket.
There will be plenty of links, when the time comes. just check back here. and if you need a hook up just PM me at that time. Stealth Shot when underground, he had issues with the UFC promoters last year.
I used tenyardtorrent last year but they were awfully slow in getting the Jets games up. I had to wait sometimes like 2 days. I want some streaming this year!
Yeah, I'm gonna do that for the Monday night games since we're cancelling cable in my house (only keeping broadcast basics)
I found a bar in Atlanta that plays the Jet games. 7 bucks for food and a 3 dollar tip you'll walk about ten bucks a game.
When you called Directv to cancel your Sunday ticket they should have offered a discount. I have called the last 2 years and told them I couldn't afford it anymore and both times they cut the price in half for me. This year is even better since HD and superfan are FREE!
I too can vouch for you. Ya hooked me up w/a couple of games last year and the quality was great......hook me up again this season?:jets::smile:
