armando is an idiot... but the dolphins are going to be a very good team. and so will the jets. the end, everything said beyond that is pure bullshit whether it be coming from a fin fan or a jets fan.
whats so great about the dolphins? congratulations MIAMI DOLPHINS, YOU GUYS FINALLY GET A FRANCHISE WIDE RECEIVER FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MANY YEARS AND YOU HAD TO TRADE FOR IT LOL but seriously, oh man they got a real receiver whoopdeedoo, something half the league already had who is their 2nd or 3rd options? hell who is their tight end? chad douchebag henne is all of a sudden gonna be a star QB? look at their schedule last year, they barely beat out scrubs, and ted ginn beats us twice, they couldnt even blow out the bad teams
Do you really want to post like a 16 yr old? "chad douchebag henne..." that was REALLY so witty. Dolphins had to trade for their franchise wide receiver... As opposed to the Jets who traded for their #1/#2 WR, right? Neither of which are even franchise receivers... The only one you didn't trade for, Crotch, is solid but hardly a franchise and nothing more than a #2. So what was your point behind that one? Why are you asking about our 2nd and 3rd receivers... why are you asking about our quarterback? Offense was not our problem last year, defense was. But i'm sure you are too clueless to actually know anything about the team than blindly bashing them. Dude, if you are going to post, at least make some sense, you are a pathetic representation of your team "LOL"

Don't kid yourself. Saying Jerricho Cotchery or Braylon Edwards is a true #1 receiver is like saying Chris Chambers was a true #1 receiver.
Get lawst. Braylon Edwards could easily. The only debate would be Jericho, but he has proven to be a solid/consistent player for awhile.
Braylon showed in Cleveland he can be a #1 when his head is out of his ass. Cotch is almost a #1. He's not flashy but when you can pull down 80 catches for a 1000 yards you reach #1 territory, but he's not an elite receiver. Holmes is a #1. There is no question about it. And he's clutch.
Try being Braylon Edwards getting trade mid-season to a rookie QB. Yeah your puttin up monster numbers!! Lets play the stats game, because it means everything.
Edwards and Cotchery are both nice complements to Holmes, and having all 3 is a nice set. But if you only had Cotchery or only had Edwards you aren't scaring anyone. Both of those guys consistently put up the numbers you'd see from a #2 receiver. Like I said, if those guys are TRUE #1 receivers, then Chris Chambers is/was as well (guess what, he's not).
We aren't being homers. Braylon Edwards, Jericho Cotchery, and Santonio Holmes could all be number 1 receivers. Elite? No. Number 1? Yeah.
Braylon has proved to be a no. 1 receiver in the past. Sanburnio has played at a high level, but has been a #2 since he has been in the league (see Hines Ward). I won't even mention Cotchery in the debate about being a #1 receiver.
no one said a #1 has to be an elite downfield threat... cotch has proven to be very reliable and a very good reciever... he's not a deep threat but he catches everything.
