Last we traded up for an RB, it was Shonn Greene. If we have anything near a similar result, it was an absolute steal for only a 6th round pick. BUT, I still cannot believe we are passing on the D-Line/OLB talent available. I won't be happy if we don't trade Leon, but I guess we could go with 4 RBs. I'd just hate to see Leon get extremely limited carries and walk at the end of the year while we got nothing for him and left all this talent on the board so late in the draft.
Yep, completely different styles. McKnight is more elusive and has better speed. Should be a better option out of the backfeild on passsing downs. Dwyer is a poor mans Shone Green and that man is poor. He's a big bodied guy who runs with power. He also has little receiving talent and will have to adjust to the NFL offense and his dutys. McKnight compliments Greene, Dwyer is a lesser version of Greene.
So we got one of the top 2 or 3 CBs, one of the best OL prospects and a top 5 RB... I'm not seeing what the issue is.
God i hate this draft. I have so many things to do and can't pull my eyes off the TV and my fingers off the keyboard. Gotta love it!
We already have 2 backs who can go between the tackles. McKnight adds another dimension to our running game.
For those who still want Mayock's input, he's blogging since his voice is shot: http://chat.nfl.com/front/index/883
Maybe Ghost has showd them something in the offseason after the switch to DE and let's be honest Taylor can still play the end.
I'm really excited to watch McKnight play next year. Probably gonna order the jersey next week depending on what happens with Leon.

I'm looking everywhere, and I don't see it: is Norwood off the board?? No, right? I haven't heard his name at all.
I'm just thinking if Shonn has trouble staying healthy and LT has trouble getting yards, who else can take on the load? Not hating the pick/player, just thinking out loud...
