Quick nugget on Ducasse: He grew up in Haiti and stood 6-3, 270 pounds at 16 years old.

I thought Griffen was the greater value, but Ducasse is good pick.

Getting rid of Faneca THIS year is NOT the answer IMO. Why break up the best Oline in the NFL????????????? Let Vlad ease in IMO.

    Yes Please

But I am pretty sure Faneca has zero value. Teams either don't want his salary, or know we are planning on releasing him. Seeing how his money is already guaranteed (correct?) we might as well keep him for another year.

Rex is the anti-herman. Herm used to think he could "coach-up" DBs and wanted that Sapp like player.

Rex puts high stock in CBs and thinks he can coach-up the DL.

    I'll take Rex's way.

He costs us 9 million dollars this season and next season, Faneca was complete garbage in pass blocking last season and was overrated in run blocking.

He is old, we can't keep these guys together forever...we had to add some more youth.

Now we have Ferguson, Ducasse, and Mangold....all young great players.

Gronkowski was an awesome pick. Otherwise the Patsies don't know what the hell they are doing.

I really wish we had a 3rd round pick...I can't believe Griffen is still around.

Faneca is going to be cut he has little to no value in a trade. Plus nobody would want to take on his contract.

yeah yeah I know I just have a weird feeling about breaking up the best OLine. It's true he is the weak point, but it still worries me.

For Griffen to have fallen to the 3rd round there must be a problem with him that we're not aware of, everyone is passing on him......I was hoping for DL or OLB but noway complaing with the pick we needed offensive line depth as two of our linemen are getting old.
