why would you bump this? if you remember there wasnt much going on that would give one hope that the jets would win another game at the time. while completely over reactionary i can understand where he may have been coming from. what YOU should think about when reading this thread is just exactly where the team was last november. and ask yourself, can you be so confident that this team is just as good as everyone thinks right now?
We went from AFC championship to not winning any more games. WTF Rex and Tanny have done a lot for this organization now more than ever before. Even Woody is standing up. I am proud to be a Jets fan, now more than ever. The FO has been making great moves and have changed the mentality of the NYJ. Say that again, changed the mentality. Rex does not play at all. If any player does not perform on the field you will not play for him period end of story. I feel your pain about always being let down again and again. But to say we are a 4 win team or a no win team is simply ludicrise. I have a lot of faith in Rex, lots and respect too. I will make this statement then I'm done. We will win a Superbowl within the next 3 years. If Rex stays on long term we will win more Superbowls.

Wow our fanbase sucks... And in reply to your post Alleycat9, I doubt anyone thought the Jets were going to have that much success in the post season. However this schmo (OP) and maybe a few other emo people were saying the Jets weren't going to win another game all season, and that was just stupid and a total overreaction. I'm sure after we went 3-0 this guy was probably saying how we were the new force in the AFC East.
