Good luck to mcnabb. Screw Philly and their loser fans. Never appreciated mcnabb.

Wanted Ricky in the draft and booed mcnabb.

    Total losers.

The Eagles definitely don't deserve the wins that McNabb brought them. The whole city is just a waist as far as sports fans go.

Why would they trade a #2 for him if they plan on letting him go after one season? Campbell is out of there. Unless McNabb suffers a major injury next season that could prevent him from playing in 2011, they are going to try to extend him.

The draft hasn't even happened yet. If Bruce Allen is the one calling the shots than I would expect at least two draftees that OLine.

The trade is just a weird situation.

Weird for the fact that the Eagles actually went and traded him away, and the other, even more weird part, is that they traded him to the Redskins of all teams.

The Eagles finally get McNabb weapons and they get rid of him. Baffling

That's actually what they said, that the Redskins were toying with the idea of moving up to get him, but this is def cheaper.

With regards to Campbell, I liked him as well. He was never really given a chance to get acclimated with an offensive system. Whoever takes the time to nurture him and give him consistency in the OC department will get a good QB.

Gutty deal by the Eagles. This is kind of like the Packers trading Favre to the Vikings. They did everything they could to keep him off of the divisional opponent and based on 2009 we know they were right to try.

The Vikings are a much better organization than the Skins though, at least until Shanahan proves he has regained his touch.

If Kolb isn't the real deal, you are gonna hear boo birds out of Philly that are unbelievable. It'll be hilarious.

We better make a phone call to the Browns now to draft Jimmy Clausen. That way he won't fall to the Bills... Fuckin' Eagles!

On a more positive note: should be fun to watch Eagles-Redskins games this year. Hopefully they'll put one on NBC.

It seems like every Sunday Night Football game either involves the Patriots, Chargers, Colts, or an NFC East team, so they probably will be.

Poor Clausen if he goes there.

No OL, a RB who wants out, no WRs. A defense that never seems to click.

I don't think it'll matter if Clausen goes there, which makes me sad to say that.

Real sad, I'll bet. I thought Clausen would've been a good fit in Washington but who cares now.

I hope he goes to a team that will build around him. Cleveland didn't do that with Quinn. Detroit is trying to do that with Stafford and is slowly getting there. They could win 4-5 games this year. Maybe even shock the league and get close to .500

teams that don't build and protect their appointed franchise QB don't go anywhere.

If the Lions only win 4 or 5 games it'll be a huge disappointment

You make a good point. They do have plenty of talent to go .500.... but its the Lions. That's why my expectations are still low. I like Schwartz and Stafford, but that organization just sucks.

Tell me about it. Chan Gailey is a clueless HC with an outdated offense, almost no weapons on the team, a piss poor O-Line and a D that cannot stop much.

Clausen is doomed :( I wanted him so badly in Washington.

Maybe WSH deals Campbell to Buffalo though. That I would like alot.
