    Mcnabb traded to redskins

He has been traded to the skins for undisclosed picks. Just saw it on schefters twitter. Pretty crazy that they would trade him within the division. Nfc east gonna be a dog fight this season

Nope. They are discussing it on ESPN News now so yea real deal. This would be like the Patriots trading a older Brady to the Bills. Doesn't seem logical at all.

Wow, do you guys think this eliminates the Redskins going QB with #4?

haha, one of my roommates is a Skins fan and the other is an Eagles fan. There's already so much shit talking.

I'm not sure how this is automatically a great trade for the Skins and Snyder. If Kolb is not a fluke and McNabb only has a few years left, the Eagles could hit a homerun with the pick they get and find themselves deep in the playoffs for years to come

the only way Philly can be this retarded is if they are getting a first out of this, similar to the bledsoe to the Bills trade following the brady emergence in 01.

That said, there isnt any way they can be giving up the #4 this year for Mcnabb... So it would have to be next year....

Maybe they give Philly their second in 2010, and first in 2011, Philly trades them Mcnabb and a 2011 second round pick...

Thank god he isnt in the AFC. Kinda funny this instantly makes the Redskins a good team.

Now the Giants have to compete with 3 good teams lol.

not only that, but it probably means the Skins will entertain offers from some teams at #4 to either get Clausen or maybe even Eric Berry. I'm presuming #4 is not going to Philly at this point until we hear more details

ROFL. Shipping off a very good 33-yo veteran and replacing him with an unproven joe. Good call. I guess they felt the clock was ticking with Kolb.. since they drafted him when McNabb was in his prime..

    Dumbasses.

Filed to ESPN: Mcnabb to Redskins for 2nd-rd pick this year and either a 3 or 4 next year depending on certain conditions.

Did I dream this or did I not just see on NFLN that the Redskins set up a date for Bradford to come in for a look-see sometime this week? The fuck?!
