    Phily is done...

Rd 1 Maurkice Pouncey, C/OG, Florida
Rd 2 Nate Allen, S South Florida
Rd 3 Alex Carrington, DE, Arkansas St
Rd 3 AJ Edds, OLB, Iowa
Rd 4 Anthony Dixon, RB, Mississippi St
Rd 6 Patrick Stoudamire, CB, Western Ill.
Rd 7 James Williams, OT, Harvard
Rd 7 David Howard, DT, Brown

Overall a solid draft. I wish I got more of a pass rush, but I love Carrington, even if he is better in the run. Nate Allen was great value in the 2nd and Patrick Stoudamire was a flat out steal in the 6th. He's a sleeper and I think at least he will be an exceptional nickel.

Thanks to WW for including me and making it a great draft. I had alot of fun and I'm already looking foward to next years.

    Thanks WW

Yeah you're right, its was mid 80's so that has to be a greatest hits cover

BTW I haven't seen the movie yet, but I heard there's a New Order song in the hot tub

Anyone want to make the Bucs 7th round comp pick? If they do I'll pick Mr. Irrelevant so the draft can be officially over.

You have St Louis after Carolina, then your Lions close it out.

THe 2010 TGG MOCK DRAFT IS officially closed.

Thanks to all the GMs that participated. It takes dedication to check the forum numerous times a day. Neglecting Family & Friends, School, household work...etc.

This draft wouldn't be possible without everyone doing their part and the majority did an excellent job.

We lost 3 or 4 GMs...2 that I was extremely disappointed to lose.

A couple of GMs missed more than 2 picks...I'm going to look over their circumstances and see if it they will continue on next year. Missing one or two picks won't get you banned...but could limit you to one team next year.

I think the Vets of this draft have to give a big thank you to the newbies.....Jam., theBrickwall423, 624 & MBgreen............great additions to our group. Rhodes and the99 came later... did a nice job.

    Possible rule changes next year:

    1) I may limit the time limit to 2 hours. I've found if you don't show within the first 2 hours, you're not going to show.

    2) I had a rule in place that was ignored by 2 GMs (I didn't enforce, my Bad).....INVISIBLE MODE. Since I became a MOD....no one is invisible to me. Problem, you are invisible to the other 15 + GMS. IF you want to be in our draft next year, the invisible mode has to be turned off. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    3) I will have an availability thread for all GMs....Days and times...that you are willing to accept Boards from other GMs.....I* think that will create less confusion.

    4) All VET GMS will have 2 teams. I will accept a couple of newbies, based on their particpation at TGG, especially the draft forum and they are in good standing...no infractions at TGG.

5 ) Jet's GM next year will be a vet who has never had the opportunity..........I'm leaning toward ....BakerMaker & Scikotic for Rd 3 & Rd 7 drafts. Pinpoint, Hasty & TCGF will also get an opportunity soon.

    6) Any other suggestions would be appreciated. (We will never do trades)

    Thanks guys!!

I think you were right what you said, if you don't make the pick within the first 2 hours most likely won't be making it in the next hour.

I also think the idea of making a list of when everyone is available is a smart idea.

Thanks....TCGF.....appreciate your efforts...you've been a solid GM for quite a few years.

I think it's unreasonable on my part that a GM will never miss a pick...shit happens. Missing 2 picks or more, when you could forward a board is unacceptable.

Overall, the GMs did a better job this year forwarding boards....the reason we completed the draft in a little over 10 days.

Great job again WW, I had a lot of fun. I do have to say I like being the GM of a random team better than the Jets GM, just so much pressure. It's crazy, I was obsessed with it for a couple weeks before it started. Good luck to whoever gets it next year, it's not easy!

Thanks GH....seems like we've been at this for years.

I always look forward to the mocks...but glad when they're completed.

    Hey all-

I owe you all a massive, massive apology. I flaked big time. I flaked because my home purchase (yes, I grew up and bought a home) suddenly went to closing and that sucked me away from my life, work and things I enjoy like our draft. When that was finished I fell behind at my job and had to play catch up by staying late and staying off theganggreen.com during the work day.

So a screwed up. You all deserved better and I'm sorry I let you all down. I didn't foresee this happening and I hope you can all forgive me. It looks like the draft went well despite me being a douche bag.

Have a great holiday for Easter/Passover/etc.

    Adam
