i know brady has said some less than pleasing things about our Jets, but you're probably right. manning is a consummate professional. absolutely agree.
I guess I should be clearer, in terms of disparaging players. I can understand contempt for rivals. The only thing I can recall about a player out of either of them is Mannings "our idiot kicker" comment about Vanderjagt years ago.
I hope for Tebow's sake he doesn't accept that invitation to draft day. His ordeal will make Brady Quinns look like a walk in the park. I can't see him being picked until late 2nd round. He did good at his proday with remembering how to throw the ball like a professional but what happens the first time he has someone running at him full speed in a real game. Instincts kick in and he will suck. I'm glad we have a QB now and don't have to worry about where he goes.
I have to agree. I think Henne has a better chance to succeed in the NFL, but he isn't a whole hell of a lot further along than a rookie himself at this point. These kind of comments tend to bite people in the fanny later on. That would be hilarious if the Dolphins signed Tebow later in the draft.
The draft is set up differently this year, they are inviting players that can get picked in rd 2 as well as the top picks. I think they are doing rd 1 on Weds, 2 on thris, 3 on Fri or something like that.
I wouldn't want Tebow on Miami, I don't know if he can play QB in this league but I think he'll find success doing a something whether it's a WC QB or an H-back type.

Schefter made a point that bringing Tebow to the draft helps ratings on day 2 of the draft. If that indeed was the purpose if it, that seems like the NFL is whoring itself out for draft ratings. Why not have Shakira dance on stage between draft picks? Install a stripper pole next to Goodell at the podium or something. I'd rather see that than watch Tebow face palm ever time a team picks someone else.
