I am starting fresh with a new fantasy baseball keeper league because after 3 good years with the old one we only had around 50% of the people respond this year. This league will operate under many of the same parameters as the old one with 7 keepers carrying over from year to year. The league will probably be on Yahoo because they now have free scoring. This will be a free league but active participation is definitely expected. Right now we have the following players who are being carried over from the other league: greyhoundjet Kbgreen devilonthetownhallroof IATA dblitzer28 wildthing2022000* MSUJet Jam. MBGreen mj2sexay TommyGreen Jetfanmack *=hasn't responded yet This leaves 5 spots for new people. If you are interested please post in this thread. This league will not fill on a first come, first serve basis but instead will be filled by people who are around this forum enough and who I believe will be active participants in this league. Please post here if interested. If a mod could please unsticky "New Fantasy Baseball Keeper League" and put this one in it's place I would appreciate it.
I'm down for either ESPN or yahoo, although I'd prefer yahoo. Would love to be involved though greyhound
If it helps any, I would just like to note that Yahoo now has free live stat tracking, auction drafts, and the FAAB waiver system. I never played in an ESPN league so I don't know if their fantasy baseball setup is better. I'm only pointing out that Yahoo brought new & good stuff to the table this year. If you could post why you prefer ESPN I would appreciate it. Maybe I'm missing out on something good.
Was just asking the question. It's funny, I voted in a poll attached to the thread for either your old league or some other TGG baseball league. I wasn't being a dork with it either. I was actually truly trying to help out. If you are hurting for a final participant for your new league and the group wanted me in, I would have to consider joining. I am already in six Yahoo leagues (all redrafts/single seasons) and that number might even increase. Fantasy baseball, in my opinion, is usually fun and a great challenge.
