As for his attitude, from the stories I heard from people in Pittsburgh, the guy is a total asshole. Refuses to pay for his meals. Never talks to fans. Chargers or autographs, basically every trash story you can hear about a pro athlete. Then again I wouldn't be too happy with Steelers fans, either. ?????? I am convinced the Vegas incident is extortion especially considering the woman never pressed criminal charges. In this case...all it says is sexual assault which could be something as small as grabbing her ass. I'm going to wait for the facts on this before I pass judgement. Having said that...if it is proven he did something as bad as rape...I hope they throw the book at him.
Here is one fact: the victim spent a few hours in the hospital after the incident. Seeing as though aggravated assault is not one of the charges, you would have to assume that they were administering a rape kit. Not exactly SOP for someone complaining of getting their ass grabbed.

Well I play hockey with several former pro's, some NHL some not. The stories they tell are ridiculous. The women out there are freaking minefields. Now I am not condoning what Rottenburger did or didn't do. I have no idea what happened. I am just shocked from the stories that players just are not smarter than this and consistently put themselves in stupid situations.
