then he better coach the shit out of him.

this move is good, but it needs to be great. Its on the CS to get this man to grow the fuck up and get it going. He has to be above average because teams will be gunning for him since they all know they can't throw on Revis Christ.

Antonio Cromartie has seven children living in five states, and has been named in at least five paternity suits in the past two years

The press is gonna loveeeeeee this guy. myself personally, i dont see what the big deal is really lol ;)

LMFAO.... the Pats actually melted their own board over a CB with one great year, a pension for not tackling in big spots, and character flaws.

    Sad.

Thanks... and the finheaven meltdown wasn't even news. Just obvious

The Wildcat, which failed last year, now has to face 9 in the box. Enjoy fuckers.

If we get the 2007 version of him, then I'm obviously all for it. Unfortunately, I'm not so sure that will be the case. I feel like we were all saying the same stuff about Lito last year at this time. A change of scenery would bring him back to his old form. Great as a #2 corner. Blah, blah, blah. We'll see...

That said, I REALLY had my hopes up for Nnamdi...I would've been fine giving up a 1st round pick for him.

Ha. Nnamdi wasn't going anywhere. Not with that contract.

Sheppard and Cromartie is an apples-to-apples comparison.

Shep was past his prime.. Cro is in his prime.

What? Come on man, we are coming off an AFC championship berth. Where's the leadership? BART SCOTT, JIM LEONARD. THATS OUR LEADERSHIP!

Just because TJ is gone, doesnt mean this team is falling apart. T-Rich is a huge part of his locker room, lets bring him back!

Jammer is not more of a zone CB. He is a physical CB and why he got so many PI's early in his career.
I don't know if Rex can do anything with Cro or not but he is an absolute puss. He is not a willing tackler and that run by Greene that everyone has seen will send you guys seething like it does us afterr seeing plays like it over and over again. He can cover, but isn't bright( 7 kids with 5 different mothers) isn't a team player and is a "me" guy and the front office has had enough.
He isn't a favorite in the clubhouse either. If he can get his act together then you may see something special but the consesus of us Charger fans is "good riddence". Just wish that 3rd was for this years draft but, we have been reading they really wanted to unload him.

most of us are prepared for it... i didn't want him here but the price is too good to give up.

there will be tons of thread next season when he does what he did against Greene. We are hoping that the other 9 take care of that and he just stays on his receiver.
