Well they have 3 TEs with John Phillips, so hopefully one is an odd man out. I'd take Phillips too... The Browns might cut Rucker since he didn't stand out.
What else would it be but speculation? There is no way of knowing all the players that are going to be cut now, it's just for a discussion of options that may be available.

League Wide Cuts...cuts made by teams other than the New York Jets. Players that can be signed by any team. This belongs in the NFL forum. If it was titled: Cut Players the JETS should sign, it would fit. It's too broad of a topic.
